I'm a self taught artist.  I've been in self study since 2003 learning by observing and reflection.  My subject interests are varied and my style is prolific.  I find that exploring different styles and working with various mediums such as acrylic, oil, pens and pencils to be fun, exciting and liberating.  Exploring and testing limits helps to keep my creative spark ignited.

The art work I create tends to be filled with rich colors and texture.  I have a special interest in animal life and conservation awareness, fantasy and social issues.  Currently, these subjects are seen in a large part of my work.  My work can at times be whimsical or thought provoking.

I was born and raised in The Bronx. I reside in the beautiful countryside of upstate New York with my husband, two children, two dogs and thirteen chickens.
